Frankly, I expected a high-pressure approach and did not experience that at all with Lance. Visits were lengthy, but he got to know us and our vision for our home, and then offered suggestions we would not have even imagined. The install team of Vadim and Mike were professional, committed and very kind. They left our home in better shape than they found it. And the new windows and doors (the purpose of the whole thing) are perfect – they’ve definitely changed the appearance of the house, but also made it much more comfortable inside. Can’t wait to see the impact on our power bills! Huge thanks to everyone involved!

Fantastic work. Victor and his crew are Top Notch. We were told the job would be a day and half. Finished in 8 hours, and everything is exceptional.

We just had 24 windows and 3 doors replaced. The experience was amazing. The crew installed all 24 windows in one day, and the doors in about 5 hours another day. When they arrive they unload and precisely place all the material, tools, ladders and other items so that they know exactly where every thing they need is located. They come in and put plastic down in every room, cover any furniture the may be impacted, and tape the plastic to the floor. It was really impressive to watch them work. No wasted motion; every crew member knew just what they were to do and they did not stop all day. When they leave there is not one speck of dirt inside or one piece of material outside. I was beyond impressed. I would HIGHY recommend Renewal By Anderson UPDATE Harrison came by an installed a new sash and fixed by deadbolt. Was GREAT. Harrison was super professional, on time, fixed the issues in just a few minutes. He was great!!

Excellent service from start to finish. Trevor was a wonderful salesman and didn’t make us feel pressured at all. The Roughneck Renovations crew did a wonderful job with the install. We are extremely excited and impressed with the whole process and product.

From the beginning of the process of selecting Renewal by Andersen each and everyone that we spoke with were polite, professional and punctual. From the first contact on the phone, to the sales associate that came to our home, to the associate that came out to verify measurements, to the scheduling associate all the way to the installers were second to none. We have had many services done in our 36 years in our home but this process was by far the most enjoyable and pleasing of any of them. The installers, Steve and Caleb, were perfect examples of skilled craftsmen. They were on time, dressed properly, polite, respectful, knowledgeable, efficient and cleaned up afterwards. We do not have any regrets in choosing Renewal by Andersen and will gladly recommend them to our friends and anyone looking for window replacements.

Just had the new windows installed by Steve Yoder and his assistant. Both were knowledgeable and worked well together as a team. Each knew what to do to accomplish the job. I found when they said they would be here, they were right on time and even a little early. I knew the windows would be satisfactory and wasn’t concerned. I asked if they checked the windows for ease of operation and as I knew when they installed each window they automatically checked it for operation. Two very conscience individuals. I would think they have a long future with Renewal by Anderson. When you look at the finished windows it’s like an artist finished them.
